She received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Nutritional Science. She has been in the nutrition industry for the past 10 years. The last 5 years have been spent working in her private practice and raising her two sons.
Her love for nutrition and preventative health prevails in all her efforts whether it be business or personal. This passion stems from her own personal struggles with maintaining a healthy body weight as well as preventing various medical issues which are prevalent in her family.
Sara believes that there is a balance when it comes to being healthy that everyone needs to find. Most people love to eat, but it is the overeating and abuse of our bodies which does us in. She works to find that balance with you. “I help you learn more about yourself, your goals, and how you want to get there.”
The practice of nutrition is part of her life all day every day. “The two best ‘students’ that I will ever have are my boys. I have made nutrition part of their life as much as it is part of mine.” Sara enjoys gardening, cooking, and being active. “The things that I do with my family are what I hope for you to do with yours.”
In 2009, she established To Better Health, LLC, a nutrition counseling practice with two offices in New Jersey. The offices are located at 831 Kings Highway, Suite 200, West Deptford, New Jersey 08096 and The Center for Emotional Health of Greater Philadelphia, The Atrium Professional Center, 1910 Route 70 East, Suite 5, Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08003. She has also been quoted in newspapers including The Daily Journal/Courier-Post South Jersey.
Kelly has always had passion for health science and preventive nutrition. She also counsels pregnant/breast feeding mothers and fitness/sports enthusiasts. She recognizes that many of us want to reduce our health care costs, and improve our and our families’ health. Kelly’s current and past patients have publicly and without solicitation provided their testimonial of improved health following nutrition counseling in her offices.
