Hey there honey dews!
There are many times when I put meals together and they just don’t look too pretty.
I personally love the flavors of buffalo sauce and blue cheese together, but I tend to shy away from them because of the fat and calories.
This meal is lentils and quinoa that I made together in the crock pot with broth. I steamed some carrots and threw them on top and then doused it with some Frank’s red hot and drizzled some Bolthouse greek yogurt blue cheese dressing on top. It gives my taste buds the satisfaction they are looking for and keeps my waist nice and slim. And might I add it’s super easy to put together which makes me even happier.
