
Nicole’s Delicious Crunchy Carrot Fries
Peel 2 carrots and cut into 1/2 inch thick sticks
Place carrots on a sheet pan in a single even layer
Drizzle with one teaspoon olive oil
Then sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, cumin and cinnamon
Roast for 15 to 17 minutes on 475 degrees.
