Hello, my name is Betsy. I am 48 years old and I am legally blind. In 2011, my doctor told me I needed to lose weight because I weighed 295 pounds. I came home that night crying to my mom telling her I needed to lose weight. I went this dietitian group to help me lose the weight. Every time I went there, I met with a different person. I did not like that. I called my insurance company to find a different dietitian; I was given Sara’s name. I called and made an appointment right away. I loved her from our first meeting. She gave me an outline on what I need to eat for each meal. I put in the foods I like. The best part, I don’t have to count calories or anything. I also like that you meet only with her.

I first met with Sara in January of 2014. At that time I weighed 203. I was having a hard time reaching my goal of less than 200 lbs. In the first y

ear working with Sara I lost 55 pounds. In February of 2015, I had to have surgery to remove excess skin from my arms and stomach.

Over the last 2 years working with Sara and all of my hard work and dedication, I surpassed my weight loss goal. My goal was originally to weigh less than150 lbs. Currently, I weight 116 lbs. Following Sara’s recommendations, I have been taking yoga classes 2x a week, pre-planning my weekly meals and figuring out the best food choices for me when eating out at restaurants. By teaching me healthier eating habit my cholesterol has lowered and I no longer have diabetes.

If you are serious and you listen to Sara and follow her instructions with this program, you WILL lose the weight. I was initially a size 32 and now a size 6!
